Our Story
El Vaquero began in 2010 from founder Miquel's vision of creating a place that felt like the Mexico of his childhood.
Growing up surrounded by bustling markets, bold spices and handcrafted family dishes, Miquel learned that food is more than a meal—it is memory, culture and connection.
That spirit lives in El Vaquero today. Every plate is prepared to feel generous and familiar, while every guest is welcomed into a cantina filled with color, music and unmistakable warmth.
